Meet Coach Mia

Mia Poppe, Esq. is a transformational coach, attorney, author, and founder of the MC² Life Coaching Community—a space designed for individuals who are ready to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Mia's work as a coach sits at the intersection of strategy, mindset, and lived experience. While Mia is widely recognized as a highly sought-after matrimonial attorney—particularly in complex custody matters—her deeper mission extends far beyond the courtroom. She helps people navigate life’s most pivotal transitions with clarity, strength, and intention.

Mia’s approach is grounded in her academic background in psychology, her faith in God, and her belief in ones ability to create the life of their desires. Mia's approach is also influenced by numerous thought leaders such as Napoleon Hill, Carl Jung, Carol Dweck, and Maya Angelou.

Raised in South Carolina as the granddaughter of a sharecropper, she learned early on the values of resilience, faith, and pragmatism. That foundation shaped a life defined not by circumstance, but by deliberate creation. She pursued higher education, built a career across banking, finance, and law, and ultimately designed a life she now describes as her “real happily ever after.”

She has spent over a decade building and running a boutique matrimonial law practice, establishing herself as a force in a male-dominated industry.

It is this combination—professional expertise and personal transformation—that defines Mia’s work today.

Through the MC² Life Coaching Community, Mia guides individuals through the process of rebuilding, redefining, and reimagining their lives. Her coaching is not theoretical—it is practical, structured, and deeply human. She believes that the right energy, paired with the right resources, creates exponential results—and that transformation is not only possible, but inevitable with the right framework.

Mia's coaching credentials arise from her studies with CDC (Certified Divorce Coaching™) and ILCT (The Institute for Life Coach Training™) certifications, further expanding her formal training in coaching and human development and continuing her commitment to mastery in the transformational space. Mia is also the author of Unbreaking Wonder Woman: A Workbook for Moving From Pain to Purpose and The Empowered Woman’s Guide to Divorce, works that reflect her philosophy of moving beyond survival and into intentional, empowered living.

At her core, Mia is a builder—of businesses, of families, and of lives. She defines her greatest accomplishments not by titles or accolades, but by two things: raising remarkable humans, and consciously creating a life she truly wants to live.

Through MC² Life Coaching, she now helps others do the same.
